Silkworm (Golden Cocoon)
Since ancient times, silkworms have been so rare and precious that they are called bugs in the sky in the East.
Because silkworms hate noisy noise, filthy people, smoke, or smell, the environment in which silkworms are raised should be kept clean, and silkworms cringe and die when they eat mulberry leaves sprayed with pesticides.
In the Ming medical book "Bon Cho Gang Mok," the cocoon's healing power is so excellent that it is described that if mix the ashes of silkworm cocoons are with alcohol and drink it, the stomach water brash will heal and the wound will heal the next day
Production Process
The golden silkworm cocoon produced by the traditional breeding method, in which golden silkworms are alternately mated several times to produce golden cocoons, is 100% natural material and has a unique golden color.
Golden sericin contained in golden silkworm is a complex protein ingredient composed of 75% fibroin + 25% sericin. It is similar to NMF (Natural Moisturizing Factor) and has excellent skin affinity.
Difference Between Golden Sericin and Normal Sericin
1. Amino acid content: Skin is composed of various proteins such as collagen, elastin, and keratin. When amino acids are absorbed into the skin, it activates fibroblasts (mother cells of collagen) to make a lot of skin protein and make the skin elastic. Golden silkworms contain more essential amino acids that are beneficial to the skin than regular silkworms.
2. Whitening effect: Golden silkworms contain more whitening ingredients than regular silkworms. Mulberry, a food consumed by golden silkworms, is known to be effective in antioxidants and whitening. Therefore, the golden silkworm produced by the traditional breeding method shows an excellent whitening effect by combining the anti-oxidation effect of mulberry leaves, the anti-wrinkle effect of adenosine, and the whitening effect of niacinamide.
